The formation of Hegg Construction, LLC in 2019, marked an internal initiative to improve project delivery, foster collaboration and enhance quality, all with an aim to improve the experience for the clients we serve.
The Hegg Construction team was formed to leverage successful partnerships and years of experience, combined with state of the industry technology to bring our clients the very best experience. At the center of this initiative and as our platform for success, we utilize the latest softwares and technology to keep our teams connected at the various phases of the development process. Further, we have implemented a Virtual Design & Construction Initiative to improve project programming, design, design review, bidding, and execution.
Hegg Companies, Inc. is a third generation family-operated values-based organization with its headquarters in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
Hegg Companies, Inc. was founded in 1945 by Peder Ode Hegg. In 1962, operations expanded substantially after his son, Peter P. Hegg, joined the family business and transformed the company into a full-service commercial real estate and development business. The company serves as an established regional provider of hospitality management and development, construction, commercial brokerage, corporate real estate services, multi-family development, and property management.
